“I booked a double room. We had been on the road for hours and chose this place based on good reviews, so I booked in advanced. They also were pet friendly with no fee. Check-in was easy. The air conditioner was turned off, so the room temperature was 90 degrees and took hours to cool down. The sheets and pillow cases were stained. “The room appeared clean. Only reason I down graded was because I killed what I believe was a cockroach in the bathroom and saw another that got away. The door to the room would stay unlatched unless I pulled it in to make sure it latched. If someone just let it shut, it may stay ajar where someone could just come into your room. The hot water took extremely long to get hot in the room.”
